So as of recently, I decided to take my health a little more serious. I've been working on my fitness and seeing progress. I've also decided to start running, which i really really dislike, but it helping me get in shape! That time of the year is coming up where everyone makes their plan for the new year! One of my new years goals is to run an 8 minute mile by March 1st, 2013. What are some of your new years goals or resolutions as far as your fitness?
My mood: pretty accomplished
